Pomeranian Development Fund announces the call for applications for a City Loan for investment projects of an infrastructure nature.
Pomeranian Development Fund informs that on October 21, 2019 accepting application documents starts as part of the City Loan – a financial instrument addressed to entities seeking funding for the implementation of infrastructure investments. The total of funds allocated for loans amounts to PLN 120 million.
City Loan funds can be used to finance investment projects located in the cities of the Pomeranian Voivodeship. The goal of investment projects should be to improve competitiveness and increase the investment and settlement attractiveness of these cities, as well as to strengthen the social and economic potential of the region. The scope of projects may concern, among others investments in: degraded urban areas, public facilities, cultural infrastructure, point infrastructure facilities for the development of economic functions, historic buildings and their complexes, improving the quality of public space under urban layouts and public transport infrastructure.
The City Loan may be granted to entities included in the public finance sector, non-governmental organizations, cooperatives and housing associations, as well as property owners or managers.
